This is the standard and most cost-effective shipping method for experienced importers who have their own freight forwarder and prefer to manage their own logistics, customs clearance, and final delivery.
Under FOB (Free On Board) terms, we deliver your goods to the designated port in China.Normaly Ningbo Port,Shanghai Port.From there, your forwarder takes over. You can choose between two main sea freight options based on your order volume:
FCL (Full Container Load) – For Large Orders This is your own private, sealed container . It’s the most secure and cost-effective method for large quantities. We will load your goods into one of the standard container sizes:
20GP (20′ General Purpose)
40GP (40′ General Purpose)
40HQ (40′ High Cube)
LCL (Less than Container Load) – For Medium Bulk Orders If your order doesn’t fill a full container, we use LCL. Your goods are consolidated into a shared container with products from other companies. This is a flexible and economical way to ship medium-sized bulk orders without paying for a full container.

Q1: How do I track my shipment?
For express and DDP shipments, we will send you a tracking number and type it in this link , then you can track it. For FOB shipments, your designated freight forwarder will provide you with the tracking details.
Q2: Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?
It depends on the term. For DDP shipments, we handle everything. For DAP/DDU (Express Courier) and FOB shipments, you (the buyer) are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes in your country.

Q6: How do you package my bulk order for international shipping?

Typically, bags are grouped in protective inner poly bags and then packed into sturdy, 5-ply corrugated export cartons. All cartons are securely sealed and clearly labeled with shipping marks for easy identification.

We provide a standard set of export documents to ensure a smooth customs process for you or your freight forwarder. This package always includes the Commercial Invoice, the Packing List, and the Bill of Lading (for sea freight) or the Air Waybill (for air freight).
